VIP Airport Protocol
What does your VIP airport protocol service include?
Our service can include personal meet and greet, fast-track assistance through arrival or departure formalities, baggage support, lounge arrangements where available and a transfer to a chauffeur-driven car. We tailor the arrangement to each guest and flight.
How far in advance should I book airport protocol?
As early as possible, ideally once the flight is confirmed. Early booking allows us to confirm all arrangements in advance. Short-notice requests are welcome; call or WhatsApp us and we will confirm what can be arranged.
What information do you need to book?
The guest’s name, flight number, date and time of arrival or departure, number of passengers, amount of baggage, and any special requirements. For some arrangements we may also request passport details, which we handle confidentially.
Expat Visa & Work Permit
Which expat processes can you help with?
We support visas, work permits, security clearance, visa extensions and exit visa formalities for foreign nationals working in Bangladesh, including BIDA- and BEPZA-related processes.
How long does a work permit take?
Processing times depend on the relevant authorities, the type of application and the completeness of the documents, so we do not quote fixed timelines. At the start of each case we give you a realistic expectation and keep you updated at every stage.
Which documents are required?
Requirements vary by visa or permit type, nationality, employer registration and current regulations. Typically, they include passport and personal documents from the expatriate and registration and employment documents from the employer. We confirm the exact list for each case.
Can you guarantee approval?
No. Decisions are made by the relevant government authorities. What we do is prepare and review documentation carefully and follow up diligently, to give each application the best possible chance of a smooth outcome.

Can you coordinate business travel for our team?
Yes. As a supporting service, our corporate travel desk coordinates itineraries, Dhaka hotel arrangements and transport for executives, and works alongside your existing travel agent where you have one.
Can we hire a car and driver on a monthly basis?
Yes. Executive transport is available on both daily and monthly terms. Contact us with your schedule and requirements.
Can you manage a full buyer or delegation visit?
Yes. We plan itineraries and coordinate airport protocol, hotels, transport and on-ground logistics for the entire visit.
